How to Steep Bilberry Leaf Tea:
Boil fresh, filtered water and allow it to cool slightly.
Measure out 1-2 teaspoons of loose leaf Bilberry Leaf tea for every 8 ounces (240ml) of water.
Place the tea in in a cup or mug. Can use an Infuser or tea bag
Pour the hot water over the tea and let it steep for 5-7 minutes to reach your desired strength.
